My Story
At 57 years around the sun…..I’ve transformed my life using the very methods I now teach to my clients.
I’ve walked in your shoes. Despite career success, I once felt lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. During my peri-menopause years, I gained 10kg and struggled with work-related anxiety, unresolved trauma from baby loss, all of which were triggered by hormonal shifts. Beneath it all, I was feeling stuck and burnt out. Today, I’m fitter, more in control, and happier than I was in my 30s & 40s - thanks to the lifestyle changes I embrace—and now teach to my clients.
After working closely with women across North Wales, I understand the frustration of waiting months to see a menopause specialist. I hear from so many women struggling with menopause symptoms and weight gain, and I get how challenging it can be.
